Semi private training (2-4 on 1) is individualised small group training. Meaning programming much alike 1on1 is still individualised except you’re partaking your training with other amazing members of the lighter And Healthier With Jordan community. Also a great format if you want to come along with friends and make it more cost effective.


  • Goal focus groups : stronger and leaner or stronger and bigger
