“My confidence has grown massively, not only in the gym but also in my personal life. My gut health is under control and I can eat a wider variety of foods that I was always hesitant to eat.
What is the biggest thing you have learned? I have learnt that maintaining a healthy weight doesn’t mean you have to smash yourself in the gym every single day or restrict yourself with crazy unmaintainable diets.
I am not fixated on the scales but I would love to get to my goal weight this year and I would also like to be able to do a pull up on my own.
