Changes… i never struggled with weight but I was never able to reduce fat on certain areas of my body. I have been able to loose body fat whilst building muscle. Advise.. listen to Jordan and do what he says to have fast results. Training sessions are never easy with him, he will push you to your limits but once you there it is extremely rewarding after.“
