My 12 week transformation post 3 months in Europe as promised.
We all know what a Europe trip does to you 😂
A lot of hard work went into getting to this point. I’m happy to say I’m in the best shape of my life.
I set out a plan to restore my bodies health – through executing gut health strategies and eating clean and to what my body needs, executing extra vitality yin based work to lower my stress levels and re balance my nervous system, execute sleep patterns and of course train bloody hard.
Just want to thank @life.athlete for the awesome hypertrophy programming and the sessions we have pushed each other to get most out of what we were doing. And for also pulling me up on my shit within my training.
If there’s one thing I’ve learnt from this- with out a plan you’re planning to fail . A vision, a plan and execution =results
